Terms & conditions for the Ice Driver Trainings of January 28-31 2024.
Every participation to the Ice Driving Training is submitted by the following terms and conditions.
By validating the tailor-made quote the candidate accepts these terms and conditions.
1. Pre-booking
Pre-booking is only possible via the online subscription form.
The subscription can only be confirmed when an advance (50% of the total amount) has been paid to the BNP Paribas Fortis bank account BE45 0017 1813 1189 with the following communication “first name / name / deposit Ice Driver Training 2024”.
In the absence of a payment within the predefined deadline the subscription will be declined. When the advance is paid in due time, subscription will be considered as final and the participant will receive a confirmation mail.
The confirmation of participation is not transmissible. Due to restricted capacity, we apply a “first come / first served” principle.
Analogue to article VI. 53, 12° CER the customer can’t appeal to retrieve from his subscription.
2. Participation conditions
To participate in an active way to the Ice Driver Training the participant should meet with the following conditions:
3. Valid passport
Every participant should hold a valid passport.
Participants with a non-Belgian passport should fulfil all formalities for Sweden and should if necessary inquire the Swedish Embassy.
Bench Marketing Srl is not responsible for participants who don’t’ fulfil the conditions mentioned in article 4. In any case the participant can’t claim an indemnity or reimbursement of the participation fee.
4. Liability waiver
Participation to the Ice Driver Training is completely at own risk.
The participant agrees in ruling out liability of Bench Marketing Srl, her subsidiary company, affiliations, suppliers, contractors as well as her administrators and employees, in preserving against any claim of liability, including, anyhow not limited to, physical injuries, death or damage to or loss of belongings, consequential to participating to the Ice Driver Training.
This liability waiver extinguishes when the damage or suffering for the participant is caused due to gross negligence by Bench Marketing Srl, her subsidiary company, affiliations, suppliers, contractors as well as her administrators and employees.
5. Safety regulations
Participants to the Ice Driver Trainer should act highly disciplined and should strictly follow the instructions from Bench Marketing Srl staff. Moreover the instructors might ask any participant to have an alcoholic test before driving. If the participant is not in condition to drive according the the Swedish regulation, he will have to wait to be again in the right conditions, without being able to ask any refund for the activities he has missed.
6. Video and sound recording
Bench Marketing Srl has the right to make video and sound records during the Ice Driver Training and use them for Press, PR and commercial purposes.
Video and sound records made by participants are strictly for private use. Each participant accepts to appear on pictures and videos except if he specifically asked on a written document not to be visible.
7. Modification and cancellation by Bench Marketing Sprl
Bench Marketing Srl preserves at any time the right to change the content of the program or to cancel an activity due to bad weather conditions, force majeure or unforeseen circumstances which make it impossible to execute the Ice Driver Training.
In the event that the Ice Driver Training is cancelled, the total participation fee will be reimbursed to each participant. The participant shall under no circumstances benefit from an additional remuneration.
8. Modification and cancellation by the participant
A cancellation of participation to the Ice Driver Training should be done by e-mail to info@bench-marketing.com.
Cancellation of participation before October 15th 2018 is free of charge. In the event of cancellation after October 15th 2018 50% of the tuition is due. In the event of cancellation as of December 1st 2018 75% of the tuition is due. In case of cancellation less than 30 days before departure, 100% of the tuition is due.
9. Travel insurance/ cancellation insurance
Travel and/or cancellation insurance are not included.
The participant should take out insurance, if desired.
A travel and/or cancellation insurance can also be requested by Bench Marketing Srl. Please send an e-mail to info@bench-marketing for an offer.
10. Flights and luggage
De flights (economy class), there and back, will be done by …. You’re entitled to 1x hand luggage of max 7kg. with the following measurements: 55 x 38 x 20cm cm.
In terms of luggage, you’re entitled to max. 30 kg per person. Any exceed will be personally charged at check-in.
11. Hotel accommodation
We will be staying in 2 high-class 5* hotels. Any change of hotel can be suggested by the organiser, depending on availability at the confirmation of the group. If the change isn't approved by the participant, he can cancel its participation by replying within the 3 days of announcement of this change but not later.
12. Optional activities
Bench Marketing Srl foresees some additional activities (co-driving / spa treatment) which can be booked separately.
Optional activities are not included in the participation fee and should be paid additionally by the participant.
The program can be subject of any changes.
13. Personal data and privacy
The basic principles of the policy of Bench Marketing Srl for the processing of your personal data is in line with GDPR. You can at any time ask which data are used, or ask to adapt, erase or export, or oppose to the processing of your data or add limitation to the processing.

14. Applicable law and competent courts
All aspects of the Ice Driver Training shall be subject to Belgian law.
In case of disputes only the courts of Nivelles are empowered.
